ife can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us unsure of where to turn. You might be struggling with difficult emotions, facing changes in your relationships, or simply wanting space to explore who you are. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

As a person-centred counsellor, I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and be truly heard. My role is not to give advice, but to walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

Refund Policy
1. My Commitment to You
As a qualified counsellor based in Whitley Bay, I am committed to providing a professional, ethical, and compassionate counselling service. I understand that personal circumstances can change, and I aim to handle cancellations and refunds fairly and respectfully.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be charged in full, except in cases of genuine emergency or illness.

Missed Appointments: If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, the full session fee will still apply.
Providing sufficient notice allows me to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting.

3. Refunds

Prepaid Sessions: If you have paid in advance and give more than 24 hours’ notice, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule your session.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
I recognise that emergencies and unexpected events can occur. If you need to cancel due to illness, family emergency, or other serious circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. Each situation will be considered with compassion and fairness.

5. Counsellor Cancellations
In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative appointment time that suits you.
