ife can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us unsure of where to turn. You might be struggling with difficult emotions, facing changes in your relationships, or simply wanting space to explore who you are. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

As a person-centred counsellor, I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and be truly heard. My role is not to give advice, but to walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
